Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aloqa xizmatlarini ko‘rsatuvchi subyektlarda innovatsion xizmatlarni rivojlantirish masalalari,
ularning shakllanish bosqichlari, iqtisodiy va tashkiliy omillari hamda amaliyotdagi dolzarb muammolari kompleks tahlil
qilingan. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston telekommunikatsiya sohasining rivojlanish dinamikasi, 4G/5G tarmoqlari infratuzilmasi,
raqamli xizmatlar ekotizimi va ularning xizmat innovatsiyalariga ta’siri statistik ma’lumotlar asosida o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek,
xizmat innovatsiyasining nazariy asoslari, ularning turlari (raqamli, texnologik, jarayon va interaktiv innovatsiyalar) hamda
bozor raqobatbardoshligiga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar orqali tahlil etilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, innovatsion xizmatlarni
joriy etish telekommunikatsiya operatorlari uchun qo‘shimcha qiymat yaratish, xarajat samaradorligini oshirish, mijoz
sadoqatini mustahkamlash hamda raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida yangi biznes modellarini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
Tadqiqot yakunida telekommunikatsiya sohasida innovatsion xizmatlarni boshqarish, regulyativ muhitni takomillashtirish
va inson kapitalini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
