The transition towards a green economy has created new opportunities and challenges for youth employment
worldwide. This paper provides a theoretical analysis of strategies aimed at empowering young people to actively
participate in sustainable economic development. It explores the role of green industries, renewable energy, ecoinnovation,
and circular economy models in generating inclusive job opportunities for youth. The study emphasizes
that integrating youth into green economic sectors not only enhances employment levels but also strengthens longterm
environmental sustainability and social well-being. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of education, skills
development, and policy frameworks that align with green growth objectives. The findings suggest that empowering youth
through targeted employment strategies within the green economy can accelerate sustainable development, reduce
unemployment, and foster a resilient labor market for future generations.
