Ushbu maqolada Industriya 4.0 sharoitida kasblar tarkibi va mehnat bozorida zarur bo‘lgan kompetensiyalar
transformatsiyasi masalalari o‘rganildi. Texnologik innovatsiyalar, sun’iy intellekt, avtomatlashtirish va raqamli
transformatsiya mehnat bozorida yangi kasblar paydo bo‘lishiga va mavjud kasblarning tarkibiy o‘zgarishiga olib
kelayotgani tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, ishchi kuchi malakasini oshirish va doimiy o‘quv tizimlarini joriy etishning ahamiyati
ko‘rsatildi.
