Ushbu maqolada korxonalarda inson kapitalidan samarali foydalanishning nazariy asoslarini, amaliy
yo‘llarini dunyoning yetakchi brend korxonalari tajribasi va zamonaviy ilmiy izlanishlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Maqolada
asosiy e’tibor inson kapitalini strategik raqobat ustunligi manbaiga aylantiruvchi boshqaruv yondashuvlariga, shu
jumladan, Google, Amazon, Patagoniya, Apple va Zara kabi kompaniyalar namuna amaliyotlariga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot
shuni ko‘rsatadiki, samaradorlik nafaqat nazariy yondashuvni, balki uni amalga oshirishning aniq, korporativ madaniyatga
mos mexanizmlarini talab qiladi. Global brendlar tajribasi shuni isbotlaydiki, innovatsion menejment, qat’iy ma’lumotlarga
asoslangan qarorlar, ekologik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatni markazga qo‘yish, integratsiyalashgan dizayn va muhandislik muhiti
va tezkor moslashuvchanlikni rag‘batlantirish inson kapitalidan maksimal samara olishning muvaffaqiyatli modellaridir.
