Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada raqamli banking muhitida chakana bank xizmatlari sifatini takomillashtirish mexanizmlari
kompleks institutsional va texnologik yondashuv asosida tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotda chakana segmentdagi xizmat sifati
mijoz bilan o‘zaro aloqaning ko‘p kanalli modeli, tranzaksion xavfsizlik darajasi, foydalanuvchi interfeysi ergonomikasi
va ma’lumotlar asosida individual takliflarni shakllantirish jarayonlari orqali tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli platformalarda xizmat
ko‘rsatish samaradorligi faqat operatsion tezlik bilan emas, balki barqarorlik, ishonchlilik va foydalanuvchi tajribasining
uzluksizligi bilan baholanishi asoslab beriladi. Maqolada chakana xizmatlar sifatini takomillashtirishning mexanizmlari
sifatida adaptiv servis dizayni, intellektual analitika, avtomatlashtirilgan qaror qabul qilish tizimlari hamda omnikanal
integratsiya modeli taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli banking sharoitida chakana xizmatlar sifati bankning bozor
pozitsiyasi va mijozlar bilan uzoq muddatli aloqalarini belgilovchi asosiy strategik omil ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
