Abstract

Maqolada inklyuziv taʼlimni moliyalashtirishning xalqaro tajribasi va uning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi.
BMTning Barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlari va Salamanka deklaratsiyasi kabi xalqaro hujjatlar barcha bolalar uchun teng
va sifatli taʼlimni taʼminlash zarurligini taʼkidlaydi. Tadqiqotda inklyuziv taʼlimni moliyalashtirishning asosiy modellari,
jumladan, kiruvchi moliyalashtirish (input funding), jarayonga asoslangan moliyalashtirish (throughput funding) va natijaga
asoslangan moliyalashtirish (output funding) mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va taraqqiyot
tashkiloti (OECD) mamlakatlari tajribasi asosida inklyuziv taʼlimning iqtisodiy samaradorligi koʻrib chiqilgan.
