This study examines the theoretical foundations and key development directions of social entrepreneurship
within a modern social-oriented market economy. The research analyzes models such as public-private partnerships,
hybrid and inclusive business models, social franchising, corporate social responsibility, and digital social services. The
findings highlight the role of social entrepreneurship in creating social value, improving quality of life, and strengthening
human capital. The study also identifies the importance of coordinated interaction among the state, business, civil society,
and technology in ensuring sustainable development
