В статье показано, как проекты инициативы «Один пояс, один путь» (ОПОП) улучшают транспортную
доступность Узбекистана и его экономическую интеграцию с Центральной Азией и за ее пределами. Приоритетной
задачей является модернизация железнодорожных и автомобильных сетей, что способствует развитию торговли
и логистики. В исследовании также оцениваются достижения в области цифровой связи, которые превращают
Узбекистан в региональную технологическую державу. Геополитические угрозы и финансовая зависимость от
внешних факторов могут поставить изменить долгосрочную устойчивость. Благодаря обширным политическим
рамкам и процессам оценки рисков Узбекистан сможет благодаря ОПОП поддерживать устойчивый рост и
укрепить статус центрального экономического центра.
