Ushbu maqolada barqaror shahar rivojlanishining asosiy omillari va ularning iqtisodiy oʻsishga taʼsiri
oʻrganiladi. Tadqiqot Yevropa, Osiyo va Oʻrta Osiyo davlatlarining empirik maʼlumotlari asosida amalga oshirilgan boʻlib,
Singapur, Kopengagen, Vena va Toshkent shaharlari misolida qiyosiy tahlil oʻtkaziladi. Ishda iqtisodiy, ekologik, ijtimoiy
va boshqaruv omillarining shahar barqarorligi koʻrsatkichlariga taʼsiri koʻrib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni koʻrsatadiki,
yashil infratuzilma, raqamli boshqaruv tizimlari, ijtimoiy inklyuzivlik va samarali transport tizimi barqaror shahar
rivojlanishining ustuvor omillari hisoblanadi. Oʻzbekiston uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
