Ushbu maqolada Nodir Devonbegi madrasasi misolida Buxoro tarixiy markazidagi XVII asr me’moriy meros
obyektining turistik sig‘im imkoniyatlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida Cifuentes metodologiyasi asosida GPS, Yandex
Maps va Google Earth o‘lchovlari, kadastr hujjatlari hamda dala kuzatuvlari yordamida obyektning fizik va haqiqiy sig‘im
ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlangan. Iqlimiy tuzatish koeffitsienti esa Oʻzgidromet ma’lumotlari asosida tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqot natijalari asosida Nodir Devonbegi madrasasi hamda Buxoro tarixiy markazidagi meros obyektlarini barqaror
boshqarish va ulardan samarali foydalanishga oid ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
