Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada transport xizmatlari sifatini barqarorlik nuqtayi nazaridan o‘rganishning
metodologik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot ishida xizmat sifatini baholashda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy yondashuvlar
— SERVQUAL modeli, ko‘p o‘lchamli indeks tizimi va barqarorlik matritsasi metodlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
Shuningdek, transport xizmatlarining iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va ekologik o‘lchamlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil
etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston sharoitida transport sifatini
barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga muvofiq
baholash uchun amaliy metodologik asosni taqdim etadi.
