Mazkur maqolada aholini ijtimoiy himoyalash tizimini boshqarishning shakllanishi va
rivojlanishiga oid ilmiy-nazariy yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida klassik, Bismark, Beveridj,
keynschilik, neoliberal, manzilli ijtimoiy himoya, inson kapitali, raqamli transformatsiya hamda islomiy
yondashuvlarning mazmun-mohiyati va amaliy xususiyatlari qiyosiy o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, mazkur
nazariyalarning ijtimoiy himoya tizimini moliyalashtirish, boshqarish mexanizmlari, qamrov darajasi va davlatning
roli nuqtayi nazaridan o‘ziga xos jihatlari baholandi. Tadqiqot natijasida O‘zbekistonda aholini ijtimoiy himoyalash
tizimini boshqarishda turli nazariy yondashuvlar elementlarining o‘zaro uyg‘unlashuvi kuzatilayotgani hamda
milliy modelning shakllanish tendensiyalari aniqlangan.
