Mazkur maqolada Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasida qurilish xizmatlarini sun’iy intellekt asosida
rivojlantirishning strategik modeli va uning amaliy ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda qurilish xizmatlari bozorining
hozirgi holati, raqamlashtirish jarayonlari hamda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining loyiha boshqaruvi, qurilish
jarayonlarini monitoring qilish, resurslardan foydalanishni optimallashtirish va xizmatlar sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni
tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, hududning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy xususiyatlari hisobga olingan holda qurilish xizmatlarini
modernizatsiya qilishning strategik modeli ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari qurilish sohasining raqobatbardoshligini
oshirish, boshqaruv samaradorligini takomillashtirish va innovatsion rivojlanishni jadallashtirishga qaratilgan ilmiyamaliy
tavsiyalarni shakllantirish imkonini beradi.
