Mazkur maqolada ishchi kuchining raqamli kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishning
nazariy asoslari hamda ularning ishchi kuchi bozori samaradorligiga ta’siri tadqiq etilgan. Unda raqamli
kompetensiyalarning mazmun-mohiyati, tarkibiy elementlari va zamonaviy mehnat bozoridagi ahamiyati
ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalarida raqamli kompetensiyalar mehnat unumdorligini oshirish,
ishchi kuchining raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish hamda bandlik sifatini yaxshilashning muhim omili ekanligi
asoslangan. Shuningdek, ishchi kuchining zamonaviy raqamli ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy
xulosalar ishlab chiqilgan.
