This article analyzes the experience of developed and developing countries in the organization
and management of small industrial zones. In particular, it examines the institutional mechanisms of industrial
zone management, methods of attracting investment, and their impact on regional development in China,
South Korea, Turkey, Germany, and Singapore. Based on the results of the study, priority areas for the effective
management of small industrial zones are identified, and practical recommendations applicable to the conditions
of Uzbekistan are developed
