O‘zbekistonda uy-joy qurilishini hududiy klasterlar asosida rivojlantirish hamda tarmoqning
2032-yilgacha bo‘lgan istiqbolli parametrlarini prognozlashning nazariy, uslubiy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan.
Uy-joy qurilishi alohida bino barpo etish jarayoni sifatida emas, balki hududiy rejalashtirish, moliyalashtirish,
loyihalash, qurilish materiallarini ishlab chiqarish, qurilish-montaj ishlarini amalga oshirish, texnik nazorat va
sertifikatlash, foydalanishga topshirish hamda ekspluatatsiya bosqichlarini qamrab oluvchi kompleks iqtisodiy
tizim sifatida talqin etilgan. Tadqiqotda tizimli va qiyosiy tahlil, dinamik qatorlar tahlili, omilli va SWOT-tahlil,
ekspert baholash, korrelyatsion-regression tahlil, iqtisodiy-matematik modellashtirish, prognozlash hamda
ehtimoliy-adaptiv yondashuvlardan foydalanilgan. Hududiy uy-joy qurilishi klasterining xomashyo qazib oluvchi
korxonalar, qurilish materiallari ishlab chiqaruvchilar, loyiha va pudrat tashkilotlari, bank-moliya institutlari,
davlat organlari, ilmiy muassasalar, logistika va servis kompaniyalari hamda iste’molchilardan iborat modeli
asoslab berilgan. Klasterlash transport va tranzaksiya xarajatlarini kamaytirish, mahalliylashtirish darajasini
oshirish, innovatsiyalarni tezkor joriy etish, davlat-xususiy sheriklikni rivojlantirish hamda qo‘shilgan qiymatning
asosiy qismini hududda saqlab qolishga xizmat qilishi asoslangan. Shuningdek, 2032-yilgacha ishlab chiqilgan
prognoz ko‘rsatkichlarining ishlab chiqarish quvvatlari, investitsiya dasturlari va qurilish materiallariga bo‘lgan
talabni rejalashtirishdagi amaliy ahamiyati yoritilgan
