Аннотация

This article analyzes labor market development and strategies for reducing unemployment. Current trends in the
labor market, causes of unemployment, and influential factors are evaluated through economic-statistical methods. The
research proposes recommendations for improving employment rates, creating new job opportunities, and enhancing
vocational training.
