Ushbu maqolada mehmonxonalarda ovqatlantirish xizmatlarini boshqarishning zamonaviy modellariga oid
nazariy va amaliy jihatlar tahlil qilingan. Xizmatlar sifati, menyu xilma-xilligi, xodimlar malakasi, raqamli texnologiyalarni
joriy etish hamda mijozga yo‘naltirilgan strategiyalar asosida sohani rivojlantirish yo‘llari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tahlil davomida
O‘zbekiston mehmonxonalari holati o‘rganilib, mavjud muammolar va ularning yechimlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
