Аннотация

Uzbekistan has made significant efforts to develop strategic management, and long-term sustainable
development is evident not only in the tourism sector but also across various disciplines. This article explores how
strategic management facilitates sustainable development. Long-term planning, effective governance, and technological
integration are essential components of strategic management aimed at enhancing institutional performance and
achieving sustainable goals. The article also emphasizes how strategic management contributes to long-term success
and competitive advantage, improves organizational decision-making, develops knowledge capital, leverages technology,
and fosters innovation. Particular attention is given to the importance of strategic planning in sectors such as energy,
agriculture, transport, education, and technology. The research findings clearly demonstrate that strategic management
effectively underpins innovation, optimizes inclusive growth, and supports key elements of sustainable development.
