Maqolada O‘zbekiston davlat ishtirokidagi korxonalarida korporativ boshqaruv amaliyotlari Iqtisodiy Hamkorlik
va Taraqqiyot Tashkilotining 2024-yildagi yo‘riqnomasi asosida baholanadi. Kuzatuv kengashlarining mustaqilligi,
tarkibdagi xilma-xillik, strategik boshqaruvdagi vakolatlar, shaffoflik darajasi hamda xalqaro investorlar uchun ishonch
mezonlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari korporativ boshqaruvni xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy
takliflar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
