Mazkur tadqiqot O‘zbekiston iqtisodiy oliy ta’limida strategik innovatsiyalarni, xususan yashil ko‘nikmalarni
milliy va global barqarorlik maqsadlari bilan integratsiya qilish jarayonini o‘rganadi. Tadqiqotda fragmentlangan institut
tizimlari va o‘quv dasturi ustuvorliklarini yashil kompetensiyalar bilan uyg‘unlashtiruvchi siyosat-innovatsiya doirasi ishlab
chiqilib, amaliy sinovdan o‘tkazilgan. Ko‘p mezonli regressiya tahlili (jalb etish, persepsiya, o‘quv rejasini moslashtirish va
siyosat muvofiqligi kabi indikatorlar asosida) natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, pilot universitetlarda olib borilgan ma’lumotlar
bitiruvchilar natijalari hamda milliy barqarorlik strategiyalari bilan sezilarli statistik bog‘liqlikni ko‘rsatmoqda (moslashtirilgan
R² = 0.69). Xulosalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yashil ko‘nikmalarni o‘quv dasturiga qo‘shgan adaptiv institutlarda siyosatdagi
kechikishlar ancha kamayadi, ta’lim jarayoni esa modernizatsiyalashib, barqarorlik maqsadlari bilan uyg‘unlashadi. Shu
bilan birga, tahliliy doira hissiyotga og‘irlik berilgan regressiyaning siyosat innovatsiyalari samaradorligini prognozlashdagi
muhim rolini ta’kidlab, hududiy xilma-xillik va professor-o‘qituvchilar rahbarligining yashil o‘quv dasturi asosiy oqimga
aylanishidagi ahamiyatini ko‘rsatadi. Umuman olganda, tadqiqot natijalari oliy ta’limdagi strategik innovatsiyalar
barqarorlik maqsadlari to‘g‘risida xabardorlikni oshirishga sezilarli hissa qo‘shishini va yashil ko‘nikmalarni keng miqyosda
joriy etishda samarali yo‘l bo‘lishini tasdiqlaydi
