Ushbu maqolada UNESCO va OECD tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan xalqaro ta’lim standartlari hamda ularning
O‘zbekiston pedagogika tizimiga tatbiqi chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda xalqaro baholash mexanizmlarining (PISA,
TALIS) O‘zbekiston ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni, o‘qituvchi kasbiy rivoji va o‘quv dasturlarining kompetensiyaga
yo‘naltirilgan shaklga o‘tishi yoritilgan. Maqolada ta’lim tizimining raqamli transformatsiyasi, global kompetensiyalarni
shakllantirish va barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga erishishda xalqaro hamkorlikning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan
