Banklararo raqobatning kuchayishi sharoitida mijozlarni jalb etish va ularning pul mablag‘larini depozitlarga
yo‘naltirish masalasi banklar faoliyatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biriga aylanmoqda. Banklar hududlarda filial tarmoqlarini
kengaytirish orqali moliyaviy xizmatlar bozorida o‘z mavqeini mustahkamlashga intilmoqda. Raqobat muhitida bank
faoliyatini strategik rivojlantirish hududiy mijozlar ehtiyojlariga mos bank xizmatlarini taklif etish imkonini beradigan
samarali filial tarmoqlarini shakllantirishni taqozo etadi.
Shu bilan birga, filial tarmoqlari tashkil etilgandan so‘ng ularning faoliyatini muvofiqlashtirish va samaradorligini oshirish
dolzarb vazifaga aylanadi. Ayniqsa, bank filiallarining natijadorligini baholash hamda barqaror faoliyatini ta’minlash
masalalari ilmiy-amaliy yondashuvni talab qiladi. Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi banklari filiallari faoliyati
samaradorligini baholash amaliyoti tahlil qilinib, uni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
