Аннотация

Tanlovni modellashtirish — bu qarorlarni tahlil qilishning bir shakli bo‘lib, unda respondentlardan cheklangan
imkoniyatlarni ham o‘z ichiga olgan bir nechta muqobil variantlar ro‘yxatidan eng maqbul variantni tanlash so‘raladi. Ushbu
maqolada O‘zbekistondagi xususiy maktablarda qaror qabul qilish tizimlari va ta’lim analitikasi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolaning
maqsadi maktab menejerlari an’anaviy boshqaruv yondashuvini rad etadi degan taxminga asoslangan konseptual
modelni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Mazkur maqolaning asosiy vazifasi SEM usuli asosida boshqaruvni modernizatsiya
qilish jarayonini tahlil qilib, maktab rahbarlarining qaror qabul qilish jarayonini yanada aniqroq tushunishga hamda
siyosat ishlab chiquvchilar uchun rejalashtirish jarayonida foydali tushunchalar berishga qaratilgan. Maqola konseptual
tadqiqot tahlilidan boshlanadi, so‘ngra tadqiqot dizayni va metodologiyasi muhokama qilinadi hamda boshqaruv tizimini
takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan xulosalar bilan yakunlanadi. Boshqaruv tizimini tahlil qilish
jarayonida quyidagi masalalar ko‘rib chiqildi: maktab boshqaruvini axborot bilan ta’minlovchi qaror qabul qilish tizimlari,
ta’lim analitikasi tushunchasi, texnologiyani joriy etish va boshqaruvni takomillashtirish o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik, shuningdek
tashkilotning tayyorgarlik darajasi va ma’muriy samaradorlik. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, qaror qabul qilish
tizimlari bilan xususiy maktablar boshqaruvini takomillashtirishning har bir komponenti o‘rtasida sezilarli va ijobiy bog‘liqlik
mavjud. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xususiy maktablarning boshqaruv amaliyotlari asosan ma’muriy ustuvorliklar bilan
boshqarilgan. Biroq modernizatsiya amaliyotlari ularning amalga oshirilishiga qarab farq qilgan: ular qarorlarni qo‘llabquvvatlash
tizimlariga, ta’lim analitikasiga yoki maktab boshqaruvining operatsion samaradorligiga ko‘proq yo‘naltirilgan
bo‘lishi mumkin, yoki ushbu uch omilning kombinatsiyasiga asoslangan bo‘lishi mumkin. Natijalar, shuningdek, boshqaruv
tizimini modernizatsiya qilish va uni xususiy maktablarda joriy etish, shuningdek O‘zbekistondagi maktab rahbarlari va
siyosat ishlab chiquvchilar uchun amaliy hamda siyosiy ahamiyatga ega xulosalarni ham yoritib beradi. Shu sababli
maktab rahbarlariga boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishda ta’lim analitikasining ahamiyatini o‘rganish va chuqur tushunish
tavsiya etiladi.
