Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada kuzatuv kengashi xususiyatlari (diversifikatsiya, hajm, mustaqillik) va korporativ boshqaruv
samaradorligi o‘rtasidagi munosabat nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot konseptual yondashuvga asoslangan bo‘lib,
so‘nggi 5–7 yillik ilmiy ishlar tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, diversifikatsiya, optimal hajm va mustaqillik korporativ
boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish orqali investor ishonchi, tashqi investitsiya oqimi hamda korxona qiymati kabi tashqi
natijalarga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Taklif etilgan konseptual model keyingi empirik tadqiqotlar uchun hamda O‘zbekiston
sharoitida qo‘llash uchun metodologik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
