Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada 2017-yildan boshlab O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilgan yangi iqtisodiy siyosat natijasida
kambag‘allik masalasi ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy muammo sifatida kun tartibiga kirib kelgani yoritilgan. Kambag‘allik darajasi
mamlakatning ishlab chiqarish imkoniyatlari va aholi turmush darajasida namoyon bo‘lib, deyarli barcha iqtisodiy
tizimlarda muhim ijtimoiy muammo sifatida qaraladi. Mazkur hodisa mamlakat iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatib,
mehnat bozorida raqobatning sustlashuviga, iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy tizimlar o‘rtasidagi nomutanosiblikka hamda aholi xarid
qobiliyatining pasayishi natijasida umumiy bozor talabining qisqarishiga olib keladi. Shu bois kambag‘allik daromadlar
tengsizligining oqibati sifatida talqin qilinib, uni qisqartirishning yangi yondashuvlari tadqiq etilgan.
Shuningdek, “kambag‘allik” tushunchasiga oid nazariy qarashlar tahlil qilinib, mualliflik ta’rifi ishlab chiqilgan va asoslab
berilgan.
