Ushbu maqolada korporativ servis modelining banklarda yirik va o‘rta biznes mijozlariga xizmat ko‘rsatish
samaradorligini oshirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy bank tizimida raqamli transformatsiya, sun’iy intellekt va big
data texnologiyalarining joriy etilishi xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini sezilarli darajada yaxshilamoqda. Tadqiqotda korporativ
mijozlar bilan ishlashning segmentatsiyalashgan yondashuvi, high-touch va low-touch modellarning uyg‘unligi hamda
relationship banking konsepsiyasining ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirish, mijoz
