Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda oliy ta’lim bitiruvchilarining mehnat bozoriga integratsiyasi jarayonida
raqamli ko‘nikmalar omilining o‘rni tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli transformatsiya, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarining
texnologik yangilanishi va mehnat bozori talablarining tez o‘zgarishi sharoitida bitiruvchilarning ishga joylashish natijalari
nafaqat formal diplomga, balki amaliy va moslashuvchan kompetensiyalar majmuasiga, xususan, raqamli ko‘nikmalarga
tobora ko‘proq bog‘lanib bormoqda. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi oliy ta’lim tizimi bilan mehnat bozori o‘rtasidagi
nomuvofiqlikni raqamli ko‘nikmalar prizmasida baholash, bitiruvchilarning ishga joylashishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni
aniqlash hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, O‘zbekistonda oliy ta’lim qamrovi kengayib borayotgan bo‘lsa-da, bitiruvchilarning mehnat
bozoriga muvaffaqiyatli integratsiyasi uchun zarur bo‘lgan raqamli, kommunikativ va amaliy ko‘nikmalar yetishmasligi
sezilarli muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ayniqsa, data savodxonligi, raqamli aloqa, platformaviy mehnat muhiti bilan
ishlash, ofis dasturlaridan professional darajada foydalanish, analitik fikrlash va moslashuvchan o‘rganish ko‘nikmalari
ishga joylashish ehtimolini oshiruvchi asosiy omillar sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Tadqiqot yakunida oliy ta’lim dasturlarini
kompetensiyaga yo‘naltirish, universitet-ish beruvchi hamkorligini kuchaytirish, mikromalaka va qisqa kurslar tizimini
joriy etish, karyera markazlari faoliyatini modernizatsiya qilish hamda yoshlar bandligi siyosatida raqamli ko‘nikmalarni
markaziy o‘ringa qo‘yish bo‘yicha aniq tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi.
