##article.abstract##

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarining investitsion-innovatsion faoliyati samaradorligini oshirishning
nazariy-uslubiy asoslari tadqiq etilgan. Maqolada investitsion samaradorlik va innovatsion faoliyat tushunchalarining
evolyutsiyasi, ularning turli ilmiy maktablar tomonidan talqin etilishi, sanoat korxonalariga moslashtirilgan nazariy
modellar hamda samaradorlikni baholashning asosiy yondashuvlari chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida sanoat
korxonalarining investitsion-innovatsion faoliyati samaradorligini kompleks baholash uchun kengaytirilgan “5I” modeli
— investitsiyalar (Investment), innovatsiyalar (Innovation), intellektual kapital (Intellectual capital), integratsion sinergiya
(Integration) va institutsional muhit (Institutional environment) — nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan
