an exploratory empirical assessment of regional entrepreneurship patterns in Uzbekistan. It also proposes
the Mahalla Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Index as an outcome-oriented tool for digital monitoring and the
evaluation of entrepreneurial ecosystem performance
