This article examines the conceptual foundations and significance of effective collaboration between the
public and private sectors in tourism, addressing issues such as improving tourism infrastructure, creating new tourist
destinations, and attracting more tourists to the country through public-private partnerships (hereinafter referred to as
PPP). Additionally, the theoretical foundations of applying PPP mechanisms are discussed.
