Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari faoliyatining samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari nazariy jihatdan
o‘rganilib, ularni baholashda qo‘llaniladigan metodologik yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy sharoitda
xizmatlar sohasi iqtisodiy o‘sishning muhim omiliga aylangani sababli, ushbu korxonalar faoliyatining samaradorligini
aniqlash va oshirish dolzarb masala hisoblanadi
