The article covers the financial mechanism for ensuring the inertia of enterprises. The essential aspects of
the financial mechanism for regulating the inertia of stable development of enterprises are considered, the author's
approaches to disclosing the meaning of "inertia", the stability of development of enterprises are given, in addition,
a number of proposals and recommendations are given for improving the mechanism of influence on the inertia of
development of enterprises
