So‘nggi yillarda texnologik taraqqiyot mehnat bozorida keskin o‘zgarishlarga sabab bo‘lib, qishloq xo‘jaligi
sohasi ham bundan mustasno emas. Avtomatlashtirish va raqamli texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi tufayli an’anaviy qishloq
xo‘jaligi ish o‘rinlari qisqarib, yangi turdagi kasblarga ehtiyoj ortmoqda. Shu bilan birga, mavsumiy va yashirin ishsizlik
muammosi hali ham dolzarb bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu maqolada qishloq xo‘jaligidagi ishsizlikning zamonaviy shakllari tahlil
qilinib, texnologik rivojlanish natijasida bandlikka ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Ish o‘rinlarini saqlab qolish va yaratish bo‘yicha muhim
strategiyalar – agrotexnologiyalarni joriy etish, kasbiy malakani oshirish, kichik biznes va kooperativlarni rivojlantirish
yo‘nalishlarida tavsiyalar beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, qishloq xo‘jaligidagi ishsizlikni kamaytirish
uchun yagona yechim emas, balki kompleks yondashuv talab etiladi. Bu maqola sohada bandlikni oshirish uchun ilmiy
asoslangan takliflarni ilgari suradi
