Ushbu tadqiqotda Xorazm viloyati tumanlarining eksport samaradorligi Stokastik Chegaraviy Tahlil
(Stochastic Frontier Analysis — SFA) modeli asosida baholandi. 2010–2024 yillar oralig‘idagi 14 ta hudud (13 tuman
va 1 shahar) bo‘yicha panel ma’lumotlardan foydalanilib, eksport hajmiga ta’sir qiluvchi asosiy omillar sifatida asosiy
kapitalga investitsiyalar va ishsizlik darajasi tanlandi. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, investitsiyalar hajmi eksport hajmiga
ijobiy, ishsizlik esa salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. O‘rtacha texnik samaradorlik 63,7 foizni tashkil etdi, bu esa viloyatda mavjud
resurslardan to‘liq foydalanilmagani va qo‘shimcha 57 foiz o‘sish imkoniyati mavjudligini bildiradi. Hududlar kesimida
Tuproqqal’a tumani eng yuqori (77,6%), Urganch shahri esa eng past (52,3%) samaradorlikka ega bo‘ldi. Dinamik tahlil
2010–2016 yillardagi pasayish, 2018–2022 yillardagi tiklanish va 2023–2024 yillardagi barqarorlashuv bosqichlarini
aniqladi. Natijalar eksport faoliyatini rivojlantirishda investitsiyalar samaradorligini oshirish, mehnat bozorini faollashtirish
va tumanlar uchun differensial strategiyalar ishlab chiqish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu yondashuv hududiy iqtisodiy
siyosatni takomillashtirish hamda eksport salohiyatini oshirish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
