Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda bank xizmatlarining raqamlashtirilishi darajasini va FinTech platformalarining
(mobil to‘lovlar, onlayn kreditlash, neobanklar, blokcheyn integratsatsiyasi) rolini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot 2023–2025-yillarga
oid rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlar (Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, stat.uz, bankir.uz) hamda xalqaro tajribalar
(UPI Hindiston, Pix Braziliya) asosida olib borilgan. Adabiyotlar sharhida mahalliy va xalqaro olimlar yondashuvlari
ko‘rib chiqilgan. Metodologiyada deskriptiv-statistik, komparativ va normativ-huquqiy usullar qo‘llanilgan. Tahlil natijalari
O‘zbekistonda tezkor to‘lovlar tizimining (IPS) o‘sishi, FinTech ekotizimining rivojlanishida mobil to‘lovlar va onlayn
kreditlashning alohida ahamiyati hamda blokcheyn texnologiyalarini integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha istiqbollarni ko‘rsatgan.
Xalqaro tajriba bilan taqqoslaganda, O‘zbekistonda raqamli bank xizmatlari bo‘yicha potentsial yuqori bo‘lishiga qaramay,
litsenziyalash va regulyatsiya mexanizmlarini yanada mustahkamlash zarurati aniqlangan. Maqola banklar, FinTech
subyektlari va regulyatorlar uchun strategik tavsiyalar beradi.
