Maqolada O‘zbekistonning ta’lim va ilm-fan sohasidagi salohiyatini mintaqaviy habiga aylantirish imkoniyatlari
batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu jarayonda mamlakatning strategik geografik joylashuvi, boy tarixiy merosi va yosh avlodning
bilimga bo‘lgan intilishi muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Modernizatsiya qilinayotgan oliy ta’lim tizimi, ilmiy laboratoriyalarni
rivojlantirish va zamonaviy raqamli platformalarning joriy etilishi ilmiy va ta’lim salohiyatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Xalqaro
hamkorlik, qo‘shma loyihalar va mobililik dasturlari O‘zbekistonning global va mintaqaviy maydonda raqobatbardoshligini
kuchaytiradi. Shu asosda, maqolada mamlakatning ilmiy va ta’lim salohiyatini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab
chiqiladi.
