Xalqaro reyting tashkilotlarining faoliyati bugungi kunda oliy ta’lim muassasalarining global maydondagi
pozitsiyasi, taniqli ilmiy hamkorlik va ta’lim mahsuldorligi jihatidan muhim omilga aylangan. Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim
muassasalariga (OTM) xalqaro reyting tizimlari orqali ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi asosiy platformalar va ularning metodologik
yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada, bir tomondan, Times Higher Education (THE) va Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)
kabi reyting tashkilotlarining mezonlari, indikatorlari va ularning OTM faoliyatiga ko‘rsatgan ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Boshqa
tomondan, reyting natijalari OTM strategik boshqaruvi, xalqaro hamkorlik, ilmiy nashrlar faoliyati hamda talabalar jalb
etish jarayonlariga qanday rag‘bat va cheklovlar kiritayotganligi tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, OTMlar reyting jadvalida
yuqori o‘rinlarni egallash maqsadida ilmiy tadqiqotlarni kuchaytirish, nufuzli jurnallarda maqolalar chop etish hamda
iqtidorli professor-o‘qituvchilarni jalb qilishga qaratilgan siyosatlarni yo‘lga qo‘ymoqda. Qonuniy, institutsional va tashkiliy
jihatdan esa OTMlarning reytingga tayyorgarligi — axborot ochiqligi, xalqaro talabalar oqimi, ilmiy faoliyat samaradorligi
kabi ko‘rsatkichlar orqali namoyon bo‘lmoqda. Maqolada, shuningdek, O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalari misolida
reyting tizimlarida ishtirok etishning amaliy tajribasi, mavjud muammolar va istiqbollar ham tahlil qilinadi. Yakuniy
xulosalarda OTMlar uchun reyting tizimlarining ijobiy jihatlaridan samarali foydalanish, xalqaro hamkorlikni kengaytirish,
ilm-fan va ta’lim integratsiyasini chuqurlashtirish hamda reyting indikatorlariga mos institutsional o‘zgarishlarni amalga
oshirish bo‘yicha strategik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi. Ushbu tahlil oliy ta’lim sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgan rahbarlar,
siyosatshunoslar va ta’limni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha mutaxassislar uchun nazariy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega
