Ushbu maqolada Buxoro viloyatida hunarmandchilik faoliyatining 2017–2024 yillardagi rivojlanish
tendensiyalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda hunarmandlar sonining dinamikasi, gender va yosh tarkibi hamda faoliyat
turlari bo‘yicha ixtisoslashuv jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqildi. Natijalar viloyatda hunarmandchilikning barqaror o‘sish
modeli shakllanayotganini, ayollar va yoshlarning ishtiroki sezilarli darajada ortganini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, sohada
diversifikatsiya jarayonlari jadallashib, bozor ehtiyojlariga moslashuvchanlik kuchaygani aniqlangan. Hunarmandchilik
tadbirlarining ko‘payishi esa sohaning turizm va bozor integratsiyasini kuchaytirayotganini tasdiqladi. Yakunda, sohani
yanada rivojlantirish uchun ayollar va yoshlar uchun qo‘llab-quvvatlash dasturlarini kengaytirish, marketing va raqamli
savdo imkoniyatlarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berildi
