Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiy savodxonlik, xulq-atvor iqtisodiyoti, tahliliy tafakkur va HR qaror qabul qilish
jarayonlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik AHP va SEM modellari integratsiyasi asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot Janubi-Sharqiy
Osiyo, Janubiy Osiyo va Markaziy Osiyodagi turli institutsional kontekstlar kesimida iqtisodiy ta’limning HR amaliyotlariga
qo‘shadigan hissasini empirik baholaydi. Natijalar iqtisodiy savodxonlikning qaror sifati dispersiyasini sezilarli darajada
izohlashini, dalilga asoslangan madaniyat va institutsional moslashuvchanlikning esa regional farqlarga bog‘liq holda
o‘zgarishini ko‘rsatdi. Maqolada iqtisodiyot va HR integratsiyasining barqaror menejerlik salohiyatini shakllantirishdagi
o‘rni yoritilib, yangi rivojlanayotgan bozorlar uchun moslashuvchan modellardan foydalanish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi
