Maqolada virtual ta’lim muhiti sharoitida talabalarning muloqot ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishga ta’sir etuvchi
asosiy omillar ilmiy-nazariy va empirik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli texnologiyalar asosida tashkil etilgan ta’lim
jarayonida muloqotning mazmuni va shakllari o‘zgarib, talabalardan yuqori darajadagi faollik, mustaqillik va hamkorlikni
talab etmoqda. Tadqiqot doirasida virtual ta’lim platformalarida sinxron, asinxron va gibrid muloqot shakllarining pedagogik
imkoniyatlari, o‘qituvchi moderatsiyasining roli, platforma funksional imkoniyatlari hamda psixologik omillarning ahamiyati
o‘rganildi. Empirik tadqiqot natijalari virtual muhitda puxta rejalashtirilgan muloqot faoliyati talabalarning fikr bildirish,
tinglash va konstruktiv hamkorlik ko‘nikmalarini sezilarli darajada rivojlantirishini ko‘rsatdi
