This article examines the effectiveness of common models such as transformational, transactional, and servant
leadership. In doing so, through a methodological review of existing literature and empirical research, the study focuses
on key principles of leadership–transparency, ethics, and individual self-awareness.
The article uses a multidimensional framework to evaluate the effectiveness of transparent leadership, which includes
indicators such as organizational performance, leader-follower relationships, and ethical organizational climate.
The results of this comparative analysis show that transparent leadership not only improves organizational performance,
but also develops a more ethical and inclusive organizational culture. Consequences of adopting transparent leadership
in modern organizational conditions are discussed, its potential as a catalyst is analyzed.
