Mazkur maqolada mintaqaviy iqtisodiy rivojlanish sharoitida innovatsion loyihalar samaradorligini baholash
metodlari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida diskontlangan pul oqimi (DCF), ma’lumotlarni qamrab
olish tahlili (DEA), muvozanatli ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi (BSC) hamda innovatsion samaradorlik indeksi (IEI) usullari qiyosiy
jihatdan baholandi. Har bir metodning mintaqaviy iqtisodiyotda qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari va amaliy cheklovlari aniqlashtirildi.
Baholash jarayonida iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va ekologik natijalarni kompleks hisobga olishga asoslangan integral metodologik
model ishlab chiqildi. Mazkur model innovatsion loyihalarning hayot sikli bosqichlari bilan bog‘liq baholash mexanizmini
aks ettiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari mintaqaviy innovatsion faollikni baholash hamda boshqaruv qarorlarini asoslash uchun
muhim metodologik asos yaratadi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv innovatsion loyihalarni tanlash, monitoring qilish va yakuniy
samaradorligini aniqlash jarayonlarini tizimli ravishda tashkil etishga xizmat qiladi.
