Mazkur maqolada xizmatlar sohasida kichik biznes subyektlari faoliyatining iqtisodiy o‘sish sur’atlarini
jadallashtirish va barqaror bandlikni ta’minlashdagi o‘rni rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasi asosida kompleks yondashuvda
tahlil etilgan. Xizmatlar sektori zamonaviy iqtisodiyotda yuqori qo‘shilgan qiymat yaratuvchi, mehnat sig‘imi yuqori
hamda tez moslashuvchan tarmoq sifatida kichik biznes rivojlanishining asosiy drayverlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Shu
nuqtai nazardan, maqolada xalqaro ilmiy tadqiqotlar, empirik kuzatuvlar va statistik ma’lumotlar asosida kichik biznes
samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tizimli ravishda o‘rganilgan.
Tadqiqot jarayonida xizmat sifati va mijozga yo‘naltirilgan boshqaruvning raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishdagi roli,
raqamlashtirish jarayonlarining operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirish va bozor qamrovini kengaytirishdagi ahamiyati hamda
innovatsion faoliyatning yangi xizmat turlarini shakllantirish orqali daromadlar o‘sishiga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan asoslab
berilgan.
