Ushbu tadqiqot ishida ham Janubiy Koreya va ham Singapurda iqtisodiyotning asosiy harakatlantiruvchi
omili sifatida talqin etiladigan tadbirkorlik subyektlarini davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlashning turli yo‘nalishlari belgilab
berilgan. Ushbu yo‘nalishlarga tadbirkorlik subyektlarini ma’muriy, moliyaviy, huquqiy va ta’limiy jihatdan qo‘llab-quvvatlash
kiradi. Shuni ta’kidlash joizki, har ikkala davlatda rivojlanishning dastlabki bosqichlarida mamlakatda mahalliy ishlab
chiqarish amalga oshiriladigan korxonalarga sezilarli darajada ustuvorlik berilgan. Ushbu strategik aralashuv davlatga
kuchli ichki kapital mavjud bo‘lmagan vaziyatda “tadbirkorlik o‘rnini bosuvchi” sifatida harakat qilish, kelajakka yo‘naltirilgan
loyihalarga sarmoya kiritish va innovatsion ekotizimni yaxshilashga qaratilgan tashkilotga aylanish imkoniyatini taqdim
etadi.
