##article.abstract##

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida liderlik samaradorligining nazariy-metodologik
asoslari tahlil qilingan. Ta’lim tizimida rahbarlik faoliyatining mazmuni, liderlik tushunchasining ilmiy talqinlari
hamda samarali liderlikni shakllantiruvchi omillar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim muassasalarida liderlik
samaradorligini baholash mezonlari, boshqaruv jarayonlarida innovatsion yondashuvlardan foydalanishning
ahamiyati va pedagogik jamoani boshqarishda liderlik kompetensiyalarining o‘rni ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot
davomida tizimli, qiyosiy va tahliliy metodlardan foydalanilib, ta’lim muassasalarida liderlik samaradorligini
oshirishga qaratilgan nazariy xulosalar hamda amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim
boshqaruvi samaradorligini oshirish, rahbarlarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish va ta’lim sifatini
yuksaltirishga xizmat qiladi
