##article.abstract##

The article analyzes the management of socio-economic development of regions as a
complex process that combines economic growth, spatial balance, institutional coordination, social inclusion,
infrastructure development, and human capital improvement. Regional development is interpreted not only
as an increase in gross regional product, but also as the improvement of living standards, employment,
accessibility of public services, investment attractiveness, and the quality of local governance. The article
argues that effective regional management requires evidence-based planning, place-based policy, multi-level
governance, monitoring of indicators, and coordination between national, regional, and local institutions.
