This paper discusses novel approaches to diversification and management of financial resources in commercial
banks of Uzbekistan in the conditions of digital transformation. Current trends of financial resource management, digital
banking solutions, and their influence on bank performance are analyzed in the context of developing the banking sector of
Uzbekistan. The study is based on generalization of literature review and theoretical analysis of national and international
banking practices.
