Bu maqolada global biznes zamonamizning eng muhim va keng tarqalgan hodisalaridan biriga aylangani
yoritiladi. Yillar o‘tishi bilan dunyo bo‘ylab iqtisodiy integratsiya jarayonlari kuchayib, kompaniyalar o‘z faoliyatini chet el
bozorlarga kengaytirish va yangi imkoniyatlardan foydalanish maqsadida global miqyosda faoliyat yuritishga intilmoqda.
Biroq har bir mamlakatning o‘ziga xos iqtisodiy, madaniy va ijtimoiy sharoitlari kompaniyalar uchun yangi bozorlar va
yangi strategik yondashuvlarni talab qilmoqda. Shu sababli, global biznesda muvaffaqiyatga erishish uchun kompaniyalar
o‘z strategiyalarini yangilash va innovatsion yondashuvlarni qo‘llash zarur bo‘lgan chora-tadbirlar ilgari suriladi
