Ushbu maqolada qurilish materiallari ishlab chiqarish faoliyatining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish
borasidagi xorijiy tajribalar yoritilgan. Muallif tomonidan AQSh, Germaniya, Yaponiya kabi rivojlangan, shuningdek, Xitoy
va Turkiya kabi rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar tajribasi tahlil qilinib, ularning samarali strategiyalari, mexanizmlari va iqtisodiy
dastaklari o‘rganilgan. Xorij tajribasini tahlil qilish orqali mahalliy qurilish materiallari sanoatida ushbu amaliyotlarni joriy
etish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Maqola qurilish sohasida iqtisodiy samaradorlikni ta’minlash uchun xalqaro ilg‘or
yondashuvlardan foydalanish zaruratini asoslaydi
